ADSoN Team have supported Ms. Saraswati Devkota one of the ex-students of Disable New Life Centre (DNC) to repair her artificial leg which was caught by fire in last Dipawali. Due to this incident, she was uncomfortably going college and doing the daily living activities. She wrote the request application to the ADSoN and we did the need assessment as well as coordination with the Nepal Orthopaedic & Prosthetic Pvt. Ltd for her issue. Ms. Devkota who have physical disability and she has single amputation in her right leg. She is our scholarship students since grade 11. Now she is studying in Bachelor’s 2 nd year in Nuwakot Aadarsha Multiple Campus with the support of ADSoN. After repairing it she has no any difficulties to go to college as well as to do the daily works. She is very thankful and happy with ADSoN Team.
Ms. Bimala Gurung is one of the ex-students of DNC. She is double amputee and
uses artificial leg for her mobility. ADSoN have supported to buy Silicon for her artificial leg.
ADSoN supports Orthopaedic Surgeries, Physiotherapy and other medical needs for
the Children with Disabilities. Every year ADSoN support for Orthopaedic Surgeries
and provide needed Physiotherapy to the beneficiaries through DNC & DHC to
improve Disability situation.
